To find us from the City centre:
Proceed along Deansgate into the Chester Road to White City,
past Old Trafford football ground staying on the Chester Road until Stretford. Go past the Stretford Arndale Centre to under the M60.
Through Sale to Timperley staying on the now Manchester Road looking out for the Pelican Hotel Public House on the left.
Turn left at the next traffic lights onto Park Road.
Proceed along Park Road approximately 450m before the Pelican Crossing ( which is before the shops and Metro Link ) look for a brick chevron sign in the grass verge with PARK ROAD ESTATE on it.
Turn right into the 1st entrance and we are situated at the rear of the estate.
